This is a private reference site, not a government office. We cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or retrieve an official booking record; contact the responsible agency directly.

Official Phillips County Contacts

Phillips County uses separate offices for intake records, continued detention, and the court case. Choose the contact that holds the part of the record you need.

Phillips County Sheriff's Office

Sheriff Michael Beard
221 S. Interocean Avenue
Holyoke, CO 80734
Phone: 970-854-3644
Dispatch: 970-854-2735, available 24 hours a day

Use the official Request Public Records/Reports route for a Phillips intake record or booking photograph. No separate sheriff records line, published sheriff records hours, local booking-photo fee, or guaranteed request turnaround was found. Ask the custodian for a quote and timing.

Logan County Detention Center

110 N. Riverview Road
Sterling, CO 80751
Phone: 970-522-2578, option 2 for detention

Phillips County contracts with Logan County for continued inmate housing. Contact Logan about current physical custody, transfer, release, or its video-visitation process. The Phillips processing location has no visitation.

Phillips Combined Court

221 S. Interocean Avenue, second floor
Holyoke, CO 80734
Phone: 970-762-7010
Email: PhillipsClerksOffice@judicial.state.co.us
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The court is the source for the docket, complaint, register of actions, and disposition. A booking charge is an accusation and may differ from the final court result.

Use the following routes when the question concerns another stage of custody or a different record system.

  • For a booking record or photograph, begin with the Phillips County search and request guide, then submit the request to the agency that created the record.
  • For a warrant concern, use the Most Wanted guidance and contact PCSO, the court, or an attorney.
  • For a very recent arrest, call the arresting agency, PCSO, and Logan detention if a transfer may have occurred.
  • For custody or release alerts, use Colorado VINE and confirm any result with PCSO or Logan.
  • For a person committed to state prison, use the Colorado Department of Corrections offender locator.
  • For a federal or immigration custody matter, use the official Federal Bureau of Prisons or ICE locator that fits the custody type.
